So you want to start a mediation practice eh? Awesome!
Here’s a beginners guide:
1. Sit up straight in a chair or on the floor. If in a chair, plant your feet on the ground. Whatever you choose, the key is to be comfortable.
2. Close your eyes or if you prefer to keep your eyes open, lock your eyes on a spot just in front of you on the floor.
3. Concentrate on your breathing. Focus on the inhalation and exhalation. If your mind starts to wander, go back to your breath and refocus.
